Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

1/2 c fat-free milk

1 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter

1/4 very ripe banana

1/2 c fat-free plain yogurt

4 ice cubes

COMBINE ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
